With nearly a decade in the trades and over five years specializing in renovations, Dave has become known for his adaptive approach, meticulous attention to detail, and unique design flare.

From composite decks and custom woodwork to full interior transformations, Dave approaches every project with precision, clear communication, and pride in workmanship. His belief is simple: every space should be both functional and inspiring, built to stand the test of time.

Based in Kawartha Lakes, Dave brings a personal passion for building and a lifestyle rooted in craftsmanship. Outside of work, he shares life with his fiancée and their loyal shop companion, Rufus, the newest and furriest member of 13 Contracting—known for keeping morale high and greeting clients with enthusiasm.
